Return policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of arrival. Items are expected to be in new condition. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

• Issues with items you receive must be addressed to hello@shopshawties.com within 14 days of delivery date.
• Claims for damaged items upon receipt must include clear photos of the damaged item(s). 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not currently accept returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate order for the new item.
