If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. If you are subscribed to our email, we will send you a notification when they are back in stock!

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of arrival. Items are expected to be in new condition. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Issues with items you receive must be addressed to hello@shopshawties.com within 14 days of delivery date

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at hello@shopshawties.com within 14 days of receiving your order to file an issue.

  • Claims for damaged items upon receipt must include clear photos of the damaged item(s). 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.

After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Please note, SHAWTIES is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in the U.S.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.
